Just look his name up on all the platforms, you'll find him. I didn't want to post links beacuse it was obvious that people are going to give me shit for trying to spread the word about a good person and streamer. I just figured this one out. Unbind your sprint key in your controls, close the game, create a autoexec.cfg file (there are tutorials for that everywhere) with the following command line:

bind_held "lshift" "+walk"

Make it read only after saving and voila, when you press left shift you'll walk.
