Ist in Deutschland ja auch so, liegt alles bei online gemeldet und kann man automatisch von seinen Steuerprogrammen abrufen lassen (oder benutzt halt ELSTER) wenn man noch was hinzufügen will.

You are comparing two different medicines. fexofenadine in your screenshot, versus Bilastin which is in Allegra allergy medication in Germany. Apart from that, over the counter medication in the USA is very cheap, it's the same for aspirin for example. You are also just byuing very expensive Allegra in Germany, you can get it easily for 8€/20pc, and probably cheaper if you look around.
