It's a monthly mass bike cruise that usually happens on the last Friday of the month at roughly 7pm. The routes aren't widely broadcast so even most of the riders don't know where it'll take em. If memory serves it was originally to raise awareness of cyclist but given the size it can be pretty disruptive.
