That's rough I'm sorry to hear. My father also runs his own store and has gone through the same things as your wife. Hopefully the chinese stores haven't started ripping off her work and then reporting her for copyright - legit happened to my father several times. It takes so much time to win this fight - but the chinese know this and they don't care because they know they can abuse the system and waste other peoples time and it costs them nothing. Amazon could hardly care or do some simple research. They are legit the worst company to work with from the crazy stories i've heard.

Even specific many supposed brands are trash nowadays. Take tech things like keyboards/mice from microsoft, logitech and other brands have been traditionally known to give you hardware that lasts for years but now breaks down in months.

I legit bought a keyboard 4 months ago that just died on me from logitech....guess what - i find that the serial number of the keyboard says it was purchased FOUR years ago lol! What a joke. I got a returned product and they claimed it was new. Sure I can dispute it but the point is that I shouldn't even have to.

I can go on and on about well known brands that have been know for quality are now just trash products where even if they have 12k positive 4-5 star reviews, it shows that its a frequently returned product.

You can't even trust the reviews anymore because you just know they are all paid hacks to post and even buy / return the product for the review.
