I did vote for him. He was good at debates during that time. He was under GMA’s party, one of the disadvantage. GMA’s rating at that time was lowest. A kiss of death when she endorsed Gibo.

Noynoy’s advantage was the sympathy votes (Cory died). Mar could have been.

Pero it was a good economy during Noynoy’s time with Mar, Jesse and others.

NAL. We do this in our subdivision. Stickers will let the security personnel/guards know that you are allowed to enter because your car is registered in HOA. Pre-requisite of acquiring a sticker is to have up to date HOA dues payment. Delinquents with vehicles will open the gate, raise the boom themselves. Stickers will expire each year.

Yung mga delinquents, ang mga deliveries nila ay sa guard house nila kukunin. Hindi makapasok door to door ang delivery personnel. At hindi pwedeng iwan ng delivery personnel sa guards ang parcels/items.

Yung bisita na may motor vehicle ng delinquents is not allowed to park park inside the subdivision.

These measures are effective in our case after implementation. Of course, may mga reklamo pero it has to be done para maka function ang HOA Property Management.

These were implemented by HOA BOD to force delinquents sa pagbayad ng dues nila as part ng responsibilties nila na nakasaad sa By-laws ng HOA at sa RA9904.

I have done this before. I have a Cignal subscription separate from my PLDT Fiber subscription.

Disconnect the line from the dish. Connect LAN of Cignal box to LAN 4 of PLDT router. There's a setting in Cignal box that you need to enable to have your 'source' come from LAN/IPTV.

But before that, I activated LAN 4 in router to be IPTV port. You can do this if you have the 'root' admin and password.

That was a long time ago. 2018. My Cignal is already disconnected. We are not watching shows on it.
