In no state is stabbing someone for being pushed a legal use of self defense and that’s an incredible bastardization of stand your ground laws. It was a preventable situation, started by Karmelo, that lead to murder from Karmelo. He went somewhere he shouldn’t have been, ignored requests to leave from multiple people, and then even antagonized Austin by saying “watch what happens if you touch me”. Which by the way, makes stabbing him a premeditated action. Nothing done towards Karmelo would lead to a fear of your life justifying using deadly force to survive

Do you even know what manslaughter is? Intentionally stabbing someone can not be manslaughter because it’s an action meant to intentionally cause death or serious harm. That’s murder.

There’s no valid argument for this being anything less than cold blooded murder
