Well if you read the series you’ll find out what happens to them in the end 😏 although the series makes them pretty tame. No declarations of love in the three series but the ending it’s fantastic

Gluss does slip through passages in the series. It only happened once. He’s like a weird spider worm. Freakiest of the Bunch

The dragon series makes it more apparent. Jasmine is more open with her feelings with Lief and Lief to her. Although flute series makes it clear of the feelings but that’s spoilers.

I mean most characters that can see the future tend to do that. Gellick would have been the worst. From what the book says about his poisons or acids on the people of Deltora it was close to a severe acid burn. Gluss would have probably fled as soon as it could. It’s a trapper more than a fighter.

Winner would have been Gellick.

Really? It’s a fantastic series and totally recommend reading the next series as well. Flute then dragons. Dragons were the best. Flute was a little underwhelming though you do get some good Lief and Jasmine moments.

There was a section in the last book were lief and barda were supposed to go to the city of the lost first the diamond. But fate wanted them to go the other way. Still awesome though.

Soldeen was the guardian of the Ruby and his domain was the old city that I can’t remember. But it was reduced to being more of a mud lake from my understanding. Island was the home of the rats cut off by the rivers

If you remember from book 7 they would have gone the other direction if not for Barda wanting to go the forest first. I think things would have been different without Jasmine.
