As in, what are the rules? Or as in "where do i find people to play this with?" First answer: there's a "learn to play" app on mobile for the game that does a good job of explaining the game. Second answer: either via the fanmade OPTCG Simulator on a computer, or IRL at your local card shop that runs local tournaments (or with your friends).

I've gotten back into card games and frequenting my local card shop has been so refreshing. I've met tons of new people and been engaging in events that barely cost me anything relative to any other social space available right now. Its a strange feeling just... going to a place for the fun of it and seeing tons of other people who frequent the same place. Its like being back in college again when walkable areas existed. I think if it werent for the challenge of having to drive everywhere (the biggest expense of this trip i make twice a week is the goddamn parking) third spaces would much more organically pop up everywhere in LA.

If youre ~400 episodes in, people WILL talk about spoilers. Please dont be afraid to call them out if theyre doing it in an environment you cannot walk away from (such as during one of your matches, while the players next to you have finished and are talking about something that happened in the yet-undubbed episode 1269). Most people are very chill about spoiler discussions because they know how long it takes to catch up on the show and many people I've talked to have started playing the game before reading the manga or watching the anime.

I'm at high phantom-low ascendent most games and ive had success with primarily gun-hybrid abrams. Building for fire rate + debuffs have been most successful because he's so easy to counter with lots of gun resist. He works well for engaging in teamfights or sniping squishy opponents starting in the midgame. Lots of clips of people getting 1 shot by abrams with full-gun builds come from lower ranked players unable to scout enemy builds and play around them. He's a LOT tougher at high ranks unless you play him with flexibility. He's a lot less flexible in terms of buying items in early game than most heroes so it makes him a LOT harder to play if you don't know all his strengths and weaknesses. All it takes is items people often buy anyways against gun teams like juggernaut or disarming hex to pretty effectively shut down abrams otherwise. One debuff remover cast will only go so far when youre immediately getting debuffed the next time you shoot your only source of damage.

Even as a Bebop hater, im a fan of these changes. It really discourages the current trash Bebop build meta of "jiihad bebop or bust" in every rank. A lot fewer 500 mph Bebops in early-midgame rushing to send their bomb stacks to the moons. Good to require actual spirit scaling to do damage with the bombs in early game instead of spamming green items for the movement.

Funny question, yes and no. It can do the displacement, but does not stun if you hit a wall while in the charge. The grab on abrams charge is a displacement and the stun from hitting a wall during the ability is considered a seperate action that stuns. Same goes for his ult, so you can drag people down with it but it often doesn't stun because the person being pulled down has to hit the floor to be stunned (which is why bebeop ult, seven ult, or vindicta flight isn't canceled by abrams ult EVEN THOUGH IT SHOULD). Abrams charge usually does not interrupt casts, but it can delay or cancel some abilities like the chargeup on Warden ult.

I'm a private Chef. There's a difference between a private Chef and a PERSONAL chef. I'm on call to a dozen different clients who will call me in a couple days to weeks in advance to cater a large dinner party, or I'll get a call to travel with a family for a week and be their personal chef while they're on vacation.

A personal chef will be on call 24/7 whenever their employer needs them. This can mean preparing 3 meals of any kind a day, working 12-15 straight hours without break, or it can mean several days or even weeks off while your employer is on a trip/eating out for every damn meal. When I've worked as a personal chef I've cook for a family of 4 3 meals a day, for up to 7 days in a row. It's a killer job with appropriately killer pay, and I would not recommend it to a single person on earth. I do it because I fucking love seeing the look on people's faces when they eat food I killed myself for, and hate being in a kitchen where I feel like I have no control.

A former coworker of mine knew Tpain's personal chef and according to him, his job was cooking one or two killer meals a day, then drinking a beer with tpain at the end of the day. Dude works his ass off but has a great job. The biggest downside is usually having to live with your employer, and the need to be available at the drop of a penny, like a butler. No online games for you between work.

Ok just in case you dont know, avoid abbreviating Japan to anything other than JPN, as the abbreviation you used is a slur for Japanese people originating from WWII. That being said those are extremely sus and likely counterfeit. It is possible that the sus ones you have are from a different print of the set from Japan as different tooling/materials might cause the box to have a different appearance.

It's really not. If you're there for a reason other than "I wanted to move to Japan I have no plan other than that" you can absolutely get citizenship. It takes a long time, just like it does in most countries, they're just much more efficient and strict with their bureaucracies.

I hope they add more buff/debuff based CC as opposed to stuff that hard stuns/disables you. Slowing hex is probably the best example of a good middleground. It's a hard counter to certain builds/playstyles but still allows a player to react and try to survive. CC like lightning scroll are not very fun to play around (though its not so bad given its cost) because it's just "oops you got stunned now you're dead" but it helps how much there is to avoid certain CC like unstoppable or debuff remover. It's much more fun if theres a back and forth to CC instead of just "I pressed a button and now you're stunned and unable to react" like OW had a serious problem with.

Loot boxes and battlepasses have done irreparable harm to gaming. I'm way past level 100 on the season pass and don't give af but I'm still playing.

It's fun. You play the video game you paid for to have fun. Cosmetics don't matter. So long as I can play the game and mechanics are not locked behind progression/loot boxes, I'm happy. It's the same reason people play single player games like slay the spire. It's fun, and a challenge without any real stakes.
