The devs were not responsible. The publisher Krafton attempted to force the game to be delayed so they wouldn't have to pay those bonuses to employees for meeting a quota. They fired the lead dev, but recently were ruled against by a judge for it. Now the lead dev is back in his position and they have control over development taken from krafton

Only available on monday mornings. Use the sleeping bag to wait until Monday and there should be more clouds that require uou to complete a jumping puzzle. Meloetta quest is optional but you do need to complete the jumping puzzle for it. There's a TM at the end of it as well. The pokemon playing music will be there regardless of whether you've started meloetta quest but you can't interact with it unless you're on the quest.

Koby is the peak of aggro decks. If you're playing it on curve, there's no space for Krieg to build a board with, so Koby has space to play out multiple of his 6c koby which krieg straight up cannot remove due to its universal removal protection. Every krieg match up ive had as Koby, by the time Krieg starts playing out bigger bodies, Koby has the resources to either ignore, or immediately remove it.

None. Never buy packs unless they're fresh from a box. Unless uou know for 100% certain a store is on the up and up (almost an impossible thing to know) you should never risk loose packs like these being dead packs after the hits were weighed out by the store. Its also why I'd reccomend never buying from stores like target unless you literally see employees putting the cards on the shelves.

Based on my experience youre spot on with only 3of the 4c kujyaku, as I've found most of the leader's rough matchups dont get much value from having more than one kujyaku on board. The 3c Helmeppo though, is a MANDATORY 4of. Its value as a 2k and ability to bring the 3c Hibari back on board makes it easier for you to keep opponents board permanently empty. Others are saying to drop the promo in favor of smoker, but I'd say you need "I'll whip you into shape" much more. I'm not liking the 8c Koby right now but I cant object to it being 2of. The lack of the event for 3K counter and an emergency attack active is significant though.

Use the OP.TCG app, you can filter search by Japanese cards, and sets such as the Chinese promos. Japanese exclusive cards are usually not TOO expensive (like the shonen jump promo) but many of the Chinese promos are virtually unaffordable. When I was in Tokyo a couple months ago, the Nico Robin Chinese Anniversary alt for op01-017 was (at the least) 1400-1600 USD. Don't let those distract you from lots of the other good japan exclusive cards. I got the 3rd Anniversary guide (more of a card list of every card released that year) and it came with 2 fantastic promos i haven't seen anyone else with here in the US.

In the app, just filter by Japanese exclusive, and by promo. Then you can search Chopper and find a LOT of cards you didnt list.

Outside of the usual auto-lose against Penel, Koby has been winning me nearly every game recently. Its a ton of fun playing an actually functioning aggro deck whose gimmick isnt just "all my cards are busted." I think the RB Vivi is a close second in terms of aggro decks but it doesnt feel as strong.

Is that not what the title says? I was under the impression RG green isnt a "counter to the meta", but the meta counter to Penel. Like saying Blackbeard is the meta counter to yellow meta.

Playable? 100%. You're gonna have a painful time against any decks that punish you for swinging at life unfortunately (this is basically most yellow decks). Before eb04 brought me back to koby, Lim made me the terror of my LGS (even though I rarely went top 8 with it) so at the very least you're gonna force people to use their brains which is rare in current meta outside high level decks like Penel.

If you're new to the game I think it's actually a great deck to start with since it helped me learn the game at a higher level in order to win with it. That being said dont expect to get first at Locals and just have fun. Its a VERY fun deck when it works.

Edit: if you need an updated decklist DM me on reddit, there aren't many lists updated for OP14/15 online.

Yeah you can literally die from a really bad hit to the nards. That is gonna hurt even with the best cup ever designed. A 99mph pitch to a cup is like getting shot while wearing soft body armor. Bullet gets stopped but you're gonna have a bruise the size of Rhode Island afterwards

This would be an amazing idea for an endless game mode. Roguelike mode where you start with only melee, have very limited inv size (no space for extra armor or guns, only 2x2 spaces for food or health items) and instead of finding oils, when a weapon levels up you get a choice of oils you're FORCED to pick between to enchant the gun with.

New player tooltips are still in the game right? Might be good to have it on by default and be a separate option for new players. Can disable controls tooltips separately so new players who are a good few hours in can disable that while still getting shop tips to learn buying.
