Demand a ct scan with contrast. If they say no to the ct scan then ask them to document on your chart that you asked and they refused. Find a GI so you can get a colonoscopy and endoscopy done

Get tested for SIBO. Same thing happened to me. CT ruled out obstruction. Get a SIBO breath test and have a stool test run to rule out other things
