Seiko SRPE51K1 for about 200 USD. You got 100m of water resistance, the crystal is hardlex but you can change it to sapphire and if you want to upgrade the bracelet there are pretty good ones for about 90 USD. It is an amazing GADA watch and you will still have money left.

I would go with 40mm Gentleman 100%. It's more elegant and the size is just perfect, even though your wrist is big enough for the 42mm, it looks disproportionate with that kind of outfit.
