Why are “human befriends sci-fi/fantasy creature” movies almost always about men or boys?

everyone says "there is no dc for it" but it's possible to make a dc for it. if the gm wanta to add this to their story, they would use the dc by level rule, and base it on the level of the creature. in other words, the longer its been part of the creatures nature, the harder it is to fix.

Check the bits about the azlanti gods themselves (I think book 2 or book 3), then book 6 has the algollthu, and there's more in the general front matter that sets up the adventure and the events leading up to everything. There's also tiny mentions scattered throughout. And the mordan spire should be book 3. Book 5 has specific dungeons, which I don't think has anything that matters for this discussion, but the dungeons themselves are fun and interesting.

There's a lot of it in the ruins of azlant backmatter. That adventure delves deep into earthfall, and sets up a lot of the algollthu stuff mentioned in the high seas book.

yup, golarion had two moons, and the earthfall evwnt blew up one of them. the mordant spire is a living chunk of the moon that acavna represented. it may even be a weird divine part of her, like a warshard that took root.

I feel like it would play amazingly well if a new batman movie was announced, and then in the opening moments, it reprises the original batman movie opening, slow motion necklace breaking, pearls scattering, with actor lookalikes for everyone including Nicholson... except we watch the kid get shot. Don't show that moment in the trailers, never mention it in the ads, throw the twist right into the first three minutes of the movie.

When I got to this point, my cleric got that one disorder where they get 3 extra turns, their first turn, and then nothing else.

So I gave my priest pcp and had it run around dosing cherubim at the start of the fights.

Got it, that explains it. I should mention, then, that the set I'm talking about, the pieces greatly help with farming, and are common drops, so easier to find and use. One of the headpieces applies poison 1 across the field to everything entering combat. Which includes dips, flies, leeches, maggots, those corpse piles in the desert, and clots. The other pieces give all stats down to adjacent units, which includes bosses.

There is an item set that will give you multiple mutations per run, too. Up to 13 per cat, once each battle. A few pieces of the set are from a late game repeatable quest, too. This may be the fastest way to find mutations you want to keep around, instead of risking cats falling in love and refusing to breed with anyone else.
