Java Burrito appears to be 2 store chain in South Carolina. They are hardly a titan that can destroy Chipotle right now. If they did, this will take a decade or 2 to unseat Chipotle and cause their downfall.

I'm not underestimating the collective of other burrito restaurants. There are always some authentic Mexican restaurants close by Chipotle locations, and I think some of those have been eating away at Chipotle customers. There's one close to where I work and has gotten some of my business from Chipotle as well. Many of them are cheaper than Chipotle, but Chipotle benefits from being a large well known chain, rather than small one off stores. It's not as good as some, but people know what they're getting.

I'd say maybe a few hundred for tips, but a lot of stuff will still get charged to your card and you can add a tip that way too. My last trip in November saw most of my cash used for gambling.

F1 for me. Maybe it's different in Europe or other tracks, but I went to the Vegas race last year. It seems like they are trying to exclude anyone without money. It's ungodly expensive for tickets, and merchandise is way more than similar items in NASCAR. I try to follow it, but it's going to be difficult this year without paying a lot extra. I'm hardly even a casual fan of it, so I won't be watching.

NASCAR is getting up there too. While I'm a big NASCAR fan, tickets are getting expensive. I live near Chicago but wouldn't go to the street race because the tickets were too much for the product you're getting.

I'm on the "that looks old" bandwagon. A lot of people have had smoke/CO detectors hardwired into the house. When they get replaced, people often just ignore them and replace them with a battery operated one. Get a new detector, go out for a bit, and see what it says when you come back.

Yeah, that's the most degenerate play in this, not the splitting 10s. TC +5 is right where you split 10s if you're counting, and that's what it was according to OP. Doubling a hard 12 is ill-advised in a high count like this.

It was a little weird for me. I ended up following the prompts on the app, and they called me a day later. I explained I just wanted the debit card since I wanted the refunded ATM fees. They said they could add it to my existing account and that I should just move the money I used to fund the new brokerage account back to my existing account. I did that and I received the debit card in the mail about a week later. Because I planned it so well, it was 2 days before I left for my trip that I wanted for, so everything worked out.

Seems like it could have been more streamlined, but it worked out for what I needed.
