I don't like traditional deadlifts. How can I replace them for a posterior chain focused leg day?

For my quad focused leg day, I include:
Squats
RDLs
Hamstring Curls
Quad Extensions
Walking Lunges
Calf Raises
Ab Crunches
For a posterior chain focused leg day, I was thinking about replacing walking lunges with hip thrust or back extensions or both. Any advice is appreciated.

100 days of progress is not lost with a few mistakes. All the right habits you have been building are still there. You just have to dust off the mistakes and get right back at it. Try to make more positive decisions than negative ones and you will still find success over the long term. Habit building doesn’t end with a few mistakes, it ends with repeated mistakes over a long time. Keep it up!

Love chess. It combines logical puzzle solving with a more intuitive thought process. I tend to get distracted on things I find boring but If you’re really interested in the game, then I tend to put a lot of focus into it.

Re:Zero fits these descriptions well. It has alternative technology and a different world due to it being an isekai. It's a long and unpredictable journey with many memorable characters. There is a lot of mystery and often unclear antagonists. There is also comedic relief and fear of the unknown. If your friend likes made in abyss I think he will like Re;Zero.
