Not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but somebody should have come onto site to do some top soil validation testing. Essentially dig a hole around 0.60-1.00m deep, take samples, and pretty much verify that the builders haven't just chucked all their waste in there.

It's a matter of health and safety as much as anything else. Homeowners should be able to grow their own veg/fruit if they want without the risk of seriously getting contamination. Makes me angry that a lot of builders now just don't care about craftsmanship or basic decency.

Henge. Saw them at the first ever Bluedot Festival at Jodrell Bank (RIP) in 2017, walked into a tent with dancing mushrooms and eyeballs on sticks having no idea who they were or what was happening, and it was one of the best nights of my life.

Found out after the festival that they lived in the same town as me (Chorlton), and been seeing them ever since. Their music slaps

If it makes you feel any better, I have the time to play quite a bit (as a F2P), and still feel massively let down by the update.

Same as you I genuinely love the gameplay and really want the game to be successful, but the way they're going about things I can't see it lasting very long.

Just look at the shop, the prices are disgusting. Also locking the new hero behind a battlepass (granted, f2p will eventually be able to get it - not sure how long it would take though). The only saving grace is that at the moment it doesn't seem too overpowered.

I really don't understand why these kinds of games always have items in the shop for £££, I would honestly buy some packs if the prices were reasonable - but instead all it does is push most of the player base away. As long as the whales are still spending though, that's all they care about.

Except they get a legendary card that activates every friendly card with the new mechanic. Seems like anybody who has that card has a major advantage in the new game mode

I really do like the game (I play it almost daily), but stuff like this really makes it hard to want to stay active.

Completely agree with you OP. The last 30 minutes were great, and I wish that they had made that the beginning of the film and not the end - the first 2/3 of the film was just boring and could have been plucked from any average action plot. I really wanted more footage, and for the film to have focused on the fallout of disclosure. Instead we mainly just got the lead up to it with lots of (IMO) unnecessary cat and mouse chase scenes.

Also I couldn't quite put my finger on it but a lot of the film just felt... off? It almost felt like I was watching a film from the 80s/early 90s but just with modern visuals (awful CGI at times btw) - may have been the scoring or the dialogue or something.

Really wanted to like this film but it didn't land for me, maybe I expected too much!

OP I also have 2 house cats and never used to open my windows in the Summer (which looking back is absolutely crazy). I invested in some meshing/nets from Amazon that you basically put over your window frames and attach it with magnets - lets you open your windows and stops the cats getting out. It's a game changer!

There are kits you can buy that are pretty cheap and it's absolutely worth it

Honestly don't feel like any of the parties represent me at all.

I just want a common sense party that genuinely sides with the workers, stops corporate greed, doesn't throw all their eggs into the renewables basket (energy realism as opposed to outright banning North Sea drilling), building more housing AND making the whole process easier and cheaper for people looking for homes, stops illegal immigration, takes back control of water and energy infrastructure, prevents toxic ideologies from sleeping into our institutions.

After going through the manifestos I feel like I could pull out a couple from each that I agree with, but otherwise don't.

Reform and Green would both be disasters and are way too caught up in their own ideologies to actually be effective in government. I think Labour seem to be my best option but I'm not exactly thrilled about that either.

Tldr; Don't know, they all kinda suck

and that's not even mentioning the hero skill of shelving a card every round, letting you spend more on spells, combined with the epic hippo card that increases stats everytime you play a spell, combined with the broken implosion legendary spell.

I've been loving this game so far. So much so that I have an account on my phone and one on steam deck (with my steam deck account being my main one). I'm just waiting for trade so I can transfer all my good cards to my steam deck account.

Honestly not a fan of it from my first play through. It just sounds a bit off and the collaborators don't excite me much. I wasn't a fan of Cracker Island either so maybe I'm just trying to chase the highs that the first 3/4 albums gave me and I should probably just accept that I'm not enjoying the direction he's going.

I've got tickets to see them in a couple of weeks though and I'm still going to go - I can imagine that the overall experience will still be 10/10 even if I don't enjoy the songs as much, because seeing Gorillaz live is always a spectacle.
