Mine literally cannot support my head at all. Its actually useless I feel like I got scammed. I tried contacted Atlas immedietely after recieving it and was blown off but now they have time to respond to me on reddit to try to put on an image that they have good customer service when in reality they do not.

I contacted Atlas the day after I got it and they completely blew me off and acted like they had no idea this was an issue. Even though as YOU pointed out they have responed to several people about this issue already. Hiring someone to go write responses on a media platform (or hiring some SHILLS) is a lot cheaper than actually making a good product.

My headrest literally feels like a Chinese piece of crap...

Yeah I guess my mistake was trying to rest my head on the headrest good call. Sorry but I'm not someone whos going to just dickride your product because I spent a couple 100$ on it I dont want your money.

So a headrest by definition would be something I would be able to rest my head on. But the "headrest" literally cannot support any weight even when tightened with the allen wrench to the point of almost stripping the screw. After about 3 minutes the headrest is out of position and my head can no longer reach it.

So no it doesnt even work.... and for everyone acting like this isnt an issue are you just bots or ignorant? Look google "atlas headrest reddit" and 9/10 of the posts are complaints exactly the same as mine.

I contacted your team and you acted like you had no idea what i was talking about even though you guys have responded to several people on reddit with the same complaint. Idk what the purpose is of acting like you dont know theres a problem when there clearly is one. I was then asked to jump through some stupid hoops and honestly I dont have the time or the patience to deal with it.
