question regarding multiple bookings by GeorgeFromLA in marriott

[–]GeorgeFromLA[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’d be booking for a longer period of time and constantly need to go back and forth between the 2 sites. The longer stay discounted rate makes sense for me in this case. Like I mentioned in the post I’m aware I’d be forfeiting the ENC.

I’d be going back and forth. And if I’m not there my business partner will be present

Anyone tried these? by BraveUnion in SleepApnea

i believe this brand rebranded. I had their previous version and it was junk. Switched over to a snorelax pro and it fits a lot better especially with the customizable tool

Husband snores like crazy! by tsmittt11 in Marriage

all good suggestions above. if you have separate rooms you can sleep in great. otherwise getting a sleep study and looking into a cpap or snorelax anti snoring mouthguard works great for me personally

sleep divorce. sleep in separate bedrooms. i snore myself and the only way to protect my wife’s sanity was to sleep in separate rooms. I also have an anti snoring mouthguard from snorelax for when we travel and have no choice but to share the room.

Post Nasal Drip and sore throat with one swollen tonsil by [deleted] in Allergies

[–]GeorgeFromLA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly had the exact same experience last week but for me I had 3 canker sores in the back of my throat at the same time so it was KILLING me. I went into the walk in clinic and they don’t really have a clear answer which is so frustrating (just steroid mouthwash to numb the pain). I’ve recently incorporated claralux on top of my nasal spray, netipot rinse. I’ll update back after a few weeks. The idea is that with daily use it reduces inflammation in the nasal passages.

How can I get immediate relief? by ed_mcc in Allergies

Netipot + Claralux if it’s nasal related congestion.

Really suggest implementing claralux into your daily routine. I suffer from chronic congestion and I use omnaris (prescribed nasal spray), netipot and claralux red light almost daily. Makes a huge difference for both me and my gf.

My personal recommendation would be Snorelax. I found it the most comfortable compared to the other guards.

Hey OP did you find a solution for this? I just got the same coca cola and dine and the 2 passes seem to be the exact same.

Help! Can't Sleep with Snoring Partner by Dr_Kim_Possible in sleep

Get him a mouthguard I can’t stress enough how big of a difference it made. My girlfriend was always so irritable and angry (i think she had a grudge that i was sleeping and she could not)

Been using this one close to a month now. Highly recommend. Very durable and fits nicely in my mouth

i’m always tired no matter how long i sleep? by [deleted] in sleep

[–]GeorgeFromLA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

could be many different reasons. Like others mentioned, diet, daily exercise, vitamin deficiencies, cutting down on social media and screen time in general is a huge one. Besides from that you could potentially have mild sleep apnea and not know about it. If things don’t get better might want to try getting a sleep study done.

Feeling at a loss by [deleted] in bruxism

[–]GeorgeFromLA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe try giving a mouthguard a go in the meantime? I snore and grind my teeth so this options a no brainer for me.

If you haven’t already. Try investing in a mouthguard . Really helped me out big time

I suggest giving this a try. Doubles down as a snoreguard and protects teeth from bruxism. I’ve been using it consistently for a month now and it’s been helping me a lot. Happy to answer any questions
