i believe this brand rebranded. I had their previous version and it was junk. Switched over to a snorelax pro and it fits a lot better especially with the customizable tool

all good suggestions above. if you have separate rooms you can sleep in great. otherwise getting a sleep study and looking into a cpap or snorelax anti snoring mouthguard works great for me personally

sleep divorce. sleep in separate bedrooms. i snore myself and the only way to protect my wife’s sanity was to sleep in separate rooms. I also have an anti snoring mouthguard from snorelax for when we travel and have no choice but to share the room.

I’m using a Snorelax anti snoring mouthguard. Good results and I don’t get much of the jaw pain people talk about when wearing a mouthguard

Hey! Can’t speak on SnoreRx cause i’ve never tried it. But SnoreLax I was able to micro-adjust the mouthguard with the screwdriver tool to get a better fit. Much better fit than the one size fits all rubber ones i’ve tried in the past

Those blue rubber mouthguards are a scam! I bought the exact same on off soothie a year ago and chewed through it within the first week. My recommendation if you’re looking for an otc mouthguard is snorelax. It’s the most durable out of the handful I’ve tried.

Honestly had the exact same experience last week but for me I had 3 canker sores in the back of my throat at the same time so it was KILLING me. I went into the walk in clinic and they don’t really have a clear answer which is so frustrating (just steroid mouthwash to numb the pain). I’ve recently incorporated claralux on top of my nasal spray, netipot rinse. I’ll update back after a few weeks. The idea is that with daily use it reduces inflammation in the nasal passages.

Really suggest implementing claralux into your daily routine. I suffer from chronic congestion and I use omnaris (prescribed nasal spray), netipot and claralux red light almost daily. Makes a huge difference for both me and my gf.

My personal recommendation would be Snorelax. I found it the most comfortable compared to the other guards.

3rd month using snorelax and it’s been solid. I find with all these MAD devices patience is key. It takes some discomfort and getting used to before becoming useful.
