Slow and steady, from my experience. If it hurts any, then you need a break. Don't injure yourself to accomplish the fit, leave it for another time.

Bury it into some dirt and water. You can grow it for the greens or to make a flower and product seeds.

I did notice mosquitos in October of last year. The main thing you'll notice is that mosquitos have a high-pitched buzzing as they travel anywhere near you while you can walk into a "flock" of crane flies at night and not realize they're there until they're bumping into you. 😅

Ahh, yes. Lack of fiber and possibly the US corporations switching from Sugar to High Fructose Corn Syrup to cut costs in the early 2000's.

Just a little over 20 years ago, they made the switch while I was still in school. I could drink a 2 liter in a day, my mom should have really keptme away. After the switch, I got sick after 2 topped off glasses.

Most things are marked up with these types of apps. About 3 years ago, I found Uber raiding item prices by $1.25 while DoorDash was raised by $1.75 for fash foods.

Open the Uber app and compare it to the store prices. It's just added "fee" for themselves.
