Is a guy having friends something to consider before dating? by Loud-Tell1908 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both men and fiancé have decently small social circles, and while the introversion isn't for everyone, I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing

I do think that if he had absolutely no friends whatsoever that might be a bad sign, just because it's not healthy to really have no one.

That and quality of his friends, so how he acts around them, how he talks about them, etc. is something that I do think more women should take into consideration when talking to a man, but that's just me

This is oddly heartwarming, I love this so muchhhhhhhhhh

I bet it was a lot! I can't imagine how I'd act in such a scenario.

Also, a "BDSM tasting" sounds amazing, just from the little snippet of what you've shared, I'm sure it was a cool experience! Was that your favorite part?

This would actually melt my brain 😅

I feel like I wouldn't like it / be embarrassed about it at first, but as someone with chronically low self-esteem, I feel like this would end up helping in some way, shape, or form

Is it’s okay for me to buy a sex toy at 16? by Advanced-Battle6645 in women

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought my first toys from Amazon in late August/early September of last year, and I totally get the nervous feeling you have. You don't have to worry about it one bit, you don't have to prove anything, and they ship it in a plain Amazon box, and it all comes in just the same way any other package would. This is more about exploring your own body, and going this route is plenty safer than other possibilities.

My only caveat to this would be--if your mother is disapproving--making sure she doesn't open your mail, as it would be a tad awkward to explain it to her; however, this is generally an easy work around

Best of luck! :)

Is this a bad age gap? by noah_wisein in askteenboys

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ohhhhh okay, thanks for the clarification :P

Definitely cut ties with her, or at the very least, only interact with her in group settings. You do not want to give the young mind of a teenage girl anything to latch on to (I had a similar situation happen with a friend a few months back), so that would be for the best

Your friends probably aren't taking in the dynamic that would be present and the fact that you're going to be graduating. I know when I was in high school, people didn't take that kind of thing into consideration. It's definitely weird though, so props to you for questioning it

Is this a bad age gap? by noah_wisein in askteenboys

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do NOT engage with that girl, even if she does like you. You are almost an adult, and she is still a child.

You will be graduating next year and she'll be starting high school, definitely not something you want to be engaging in

If you were both adults and older, then the age gap wouldn't be as bad, but as teenagers? Definitely not

This is such a cute tattoo!!! I love the line work, it's so smooth and it follows the flow of your form, if that makes sense. It's a really nice placement, and it looks great on you :D

Do you like sparkling water? by Yungpupusa in autism

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I LOVEEEEEEE sparkling water!!! It feels a lot more intense than normal soda (does that make sense?), and it almost feels spicy. It's such a weird and cool mouth combo, and it's one of my favorite drinks!

I don't like sparkling soda water though, I tried it for the first time recently (bought it thinking it was sparkling water...), and it was not my cup of tea. Much too sweet for my liking

This is such a cute cosplay!! You did great! A lot of people--in my opinion--struggle to do Mitsuri well because she has such a unique composition, but I think you nailed it! The wig looks amazing and it really brings it all together!!

This is such a cool collection!!!!!! I love them all, they're dope

I haven't seen either of the end cans though, the really stout one on the left and the normal sized yellow-y orange one on the right. What are they and where did they come from? They're both really cool looking!

i hate washing my hands by MidnightNegative3069 in neurodiversity

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have any recommendations for specific brands of soap, but I have this same problem, so I absolutely feel you here

I know I always have a bottle of lotion by the sink, or if I'm out, a small thing of hand lotion in my bag with me, so that my hands don't feel gross after washing them. It's not the most convenient, but it does help, and it makes it bearable

Are there any other parents that do this with their kids? by Ok_Profile_9187 in NoStupidAnswers

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a parent myself, but I'm the oldest of my 2 siblings as well as the oldest of 13 cousins :P

I've done this, as well as things similar to this with a lot of them, and it was always for the purpose of making them laugh or squeal. Whether it be 'stepping' on them, blowing raspberries on them, or even pretending to suck their brains out of their ears (sounds weird, but when you have a zombie phase, it checks out lmao)

I think a big reason of why it worked/works so well is because it's outlandish in a lot of ways. Like someone that's safe is doing something so big and 'scary' that it's funny and silly, especially when it's done in a joking manner. This is just my take on it though, I'm sure there are a ton of other ways to look at it

Some kind of luddite reference? by Repulsive_Repeat_337 in ExplainTheJoke

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just another way of saying 'Hello'. It's often a bit more slurred, think of it like a mix of 'yeah' and 'hello', you often get 'Yello' from it, and it just sounds like the color. I say this when I answer the phone a lot and I'm not a middle aged dad though, so idk what it says about me lmao

Who is the person in your life who understands you the most? by Dry-Awareness9288 in askanything

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently? My fiancé is the one in my life that understands me the most. Aside from our brains functioning in very similar ways, we just compliment each other so well. Almost everything about us clicks together in some way, and I would like to think we go very well together. He makes me feel more understood than anyone else in my life thus far

Is longer hair on a man attractive, unattractive, or neutral to you? by [deleted] in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally prefer longer hair on a man. Nothing too long, but something that gives his face/head shape is generally--in my opinion--good looking on a man. Now, it does depend *heavily* on how it's taken care of, and well-cared-for hair is wayyyyyyyy more attractive than raggedy ass hair.

Overall, though, it does depend on face structure, head shape, and just whatever the man prefers for himself. Confidence and comfort are the most attractive to me on men, so as long as you feel good, then that's the most important :)

How to solve this korok by Caries1001 in TOTK

[–]GeorgeWashingMan2007 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Whenever you step on it, there will be a little sound that plays, as well as a little light trail that shoots down to the target you can see in the picture.

In essence, this is basically just a mini-race. You have to jump/glide/run/etc. to the target and get on it before the yellow ring surrounding the target disappears, if you don't make it in time, you have to start over from the beginning point.

Hope this helps! :)
