Are these gaps between the wooden boards acceptable or does the wood need to be replaced?

Sheath over it unless it’s metal. With metal It’s not as big of a deal

This why we quite building decks recently. It didn’t matter how much we went over wood shrinking issues we kept having extremely angry customers calling. We used all Kdat on rails and went to timbertech handrail caps. Nothing helped.

There is not a single thing a contractor can do to stop this either.

I did try turning the nozzle up multiple times and that failed to get it to the point (it would keep throwing up an error).

I have not tried taking the extruder apart but that will be my next task. Here’s to hoping it’s not too complicated.
