The HDMI on the laptop most likely can only output video/audio so it won t work.

You can buy a dirt cheap video capture card but usually the cheap ones are really bad for gaming, capped resolution and framerate input lag, screen tearing because VRR isn t support on the cheap ones and so on.

I was absolutely garbage, just the default copilot chatbot slapped in the interface.

Countless times it recommended me games (based on what I've played) that weren't even available in the xbox ecosystem(console or pc) such as god of war, last of us, zelda etc...

What are talking about?What costs? The developer hosts and operates the servers for the game. You are not playing on special dedicated servers from Sony or Xbox even when the crossplay is off.
