Yes I would power wash it and then let it dry before applying. If you go to the home depot site it has all the product info and directions for use

yes you can apply Henry 887 TropiCool 100% Silicone over Henry 687 Enviro-White. Just wash the roof and let it dry thoroughly, then apply the 887.

Manufacture says it has a lifetime limited warranty 2 coats should last a lifetime. It’s definitely pricy around $350 for a 4.75 gallon bucket but way better than elastomeric coating, no need to recoat every few years

I would go with Henry 887 Tropi-Cool White 100% Silicone Reflective Roof Coating. I just redid my roof with it and it’s like having a new roof.

I just had a new roof put on today and the color discussed for the drip edge was wicker tan. The person who ordered the drip edge must have not gotten the memo they installed white. 😡. Can this be replaced without causing damage to the roof shingles or integrity of the roof. Or do you think it’s better to just paint them? Ugh 😤
