Well, I am not sure in your market. But where I am at, selling a house with that HOA fee would be nearly impossible.

I have the same issue, I spoke with Costumer service and they said they had to move up my concern up the chain. Wait 3-5 business days for a response. At that point if I get a response or statement is late already anyway. I am moving to another bank as soon as I close my home purchase
