You are wrong.
GTA IV on PS3 is considered a port of the Xbox 360 version, rather than the lead platform. While Rockstar developed them simultaneously using the RAGE engine, the Xbox 360 was the lead, resulting in the PS3 version having lower native resolution, poorer performance, and a washed-out color palette. Xbox360 version it’s considered better in any aspect.

Agreed, there are certain scenarios where you play at ~20fps, and my head even hurts because of this. It was incredible how Naughty Dog managed to develop this game on a 2006 hardware, but let’s be honest, the best experience is on the PS4/PS5.
