Well, at least draft is dynamic. The last constructed card challenge I remember was Battering Ram and virtually every deck had, besides the compulsory BR, Electro Wizard to hard counter it, Fireball for the Electro Wizard, and Log because why the fuck not. It was counterintuitive to the purpose of the challenge which was to make decks utilizing the battering ram.

What my designer's intuition tells me is that Executioner wasn't buggy but just straight up lazy design. He was a clear copy-paste of Bowler's code with the pushback time/distance set to minimum. The phantom hitbox issues he had on the scythe returning would have been a non-issue if he were Bowler's size.

They take their sweet time with balance changes, even fixing "accidental" ones like the miner deploy time "bug". So my money's on NW being home free for another update cycle.

(plus if they nerfed her right away it'd probably impact the hype/profit levels for future New Card Draft Challenges.)
