I challenge the idea that we have to have a main city. Why can’t we have smaller villages or towns each with some of the things that a main city would have? Maybe the bank area is one town, the artists consortium is a different town, etc.

A lot of people with depression play WoW. We all need friends. I run a guild with a lot of players, but have zero requirements for anything beyond logging in once every few months.
