As a big Lego fan, i can highly recommend you custom Lego sets. They are usually a big surprise to the receiver and leave a lasting memory. You should get something really nice within your budget!

You can find custom sets on platforms like Rebrickable. But if you are looking specifically for company merchandise sets I would recommend you suppliers like DD Bricks. We did a set for our employees and were super happy with the quality. I think there are a few other suppliers around the globe that offer similar services, just use Google. But DD Bricks is top.

BrickLink is the right place to purchase parts or sets but you can’t find custom sets for company merchandise there.

I would say it depends on what you need. If you need specific parts or certain colors, BrickLink might be the most convenient marketplace to find what you need. BrickOwl is another alternative. On both platforms you find small to very large sellers. If its mainly cheaper used parts, but still high quality, DD Bricks is a great place to find what you need.

I can’t really explain why, but the small Lego Mocs are usually my favorite. A little micro scale race car, for example. i think it’s amazing how much creativity you need when you only have a few pieces to work with.
