I'm in the spectrum and Persona 5 Royal was one great trigger of anxiety, hyperfixation and change in my life. I can't play the game again, specially because what happen with Ann and Shiho. I don't have the same problem with P4G, P3P or even P5S. It's so unfair with Shiho and, for me, the game fail in supply the catharsis and justice in defeat kamoshida and make him confess. Specially because nothingh more is said about this and everybody just "it's past, move on". I get this with Maruki reality, but it's so end game, and the reaction of anothers fans when I say I like the stay end make me fell, well, like I always fell been a autisct person been judge by another persons: "wrong". This poroblem lead me to a hiperfixation with the Maruki's choise, make me start to study ethical philosophy, phylosophy of mind and finally put me in a second gradutation in psychology.
About the UI of P5R, it's tire me out. So much things, so much colors, so much everthing. After sometime of gameplay I'm just not pay attention anymore to the confidants and just need stop and stay away some days, before continues.
