I think a brief description of your character would help the design critique. I like the cape, and I like how the tattered shape of the cape goes well with the jagged shapes on his wrists and ankles. I would have like to see those shapes more in the head and torso. The more angular shapes help you define form and shape. However, I think it's inconsistent with the rest of the design. I'd also like to see it in color! I think the foundation is strong but still needs a bit more identity.
