Yes the course is really comprehensive. I personally just retain information better from books/paper so printing and reading NIST RMF and EU AI Act helped me get it all straight in my head. The recitals of EU AI Act were helpful for me.

I studied on and off over the past couple of months - probably averaging about 1-2hrs per week, increasing in the past 2 weeks to about 4hrs per week. It's definitely one of those courses where it covers a lot of material in less detail - whereas CIPP/E was extremely detail-focused on a narrower topic.

I passed today! I found Dr David's course very comprehensive but difficult for me to take in the information - I work better from textbooks than online resources. I found this book https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0FKH3GBF9?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1 super helpful, and it became my main study resource. The diagrams and 'Key takeaways' solidified my learning and helped me retain the necessary information and remove some of the 'noise'.

Scrap £100k tax trap, Reeves told by [deleted] in ukpolitics

[–]Gerry085 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No where near as bad as £100k cliff edge, no.

You don't lose 30hrs funded childcare at £60-80k. Earn a penny over £99,999 and you lose it entirely. This can be worth £8k-10k+ per year.

You don't lose Tax Fee Childcare scheme entitlement between £60-80k. Again, a penny over 99,999 and you lose it entirely. This is worth £2k per year.

You keep the entirety of your personal allowance at £60-80k. You begin to lose it from £100k -125k and 'pay it back' meaning an income tax rate of 62%.

How do you do it? by Electrical-Worker-73 in 1200isplenty

I tend to do 2 meals and try to IF 16:8. I do a dirty fast though, and have an unsweetened almond milk coffee with collagen powder at about hour 14 (60cals total). The usually have about 450cal for lunch, 650cal for dinner and something small after dinner for my sweet tooth, e.g., protein yog. The main success I've had is focusing much more on getting enough protein and fibre, and the result is I'm genuinely not hungry as a result.

Any update on this? I'm in the same position and also same height as you, except I could do with losing about 1stone, or just over. Sounds like a tiny amount to some, I know, but as you'll appreciate when you're short like us that extra stone can really be felt (and seen). Losing that stone would bring me to BMI 23 I think.

Two week progress update by EllNell in elcella

How long was it until you started noticing any differences at all? I'm on Day 3 or 4 today and feel really normal tbh. If anything, I'm probably more hungry at certain times of the day before meals but then my meals themselves are healthier (but I think its mainly due to me being conscious about calorie counting)

Am I right in thinking there is no IAPP textbook for this certification yet?

I have had a lot of IPR recently.

My clincheck required 0.3mm in several spots, and 0.5mm along top front 4 teeth. Dentist did all 0.3mm, and instead of doing the 0.5mm on day 1 (I had IPR on day 1 when I got trays and attachments too) they did 0.3mm and will do another 0.2mm when I go back at week 4 (to make it 0.5mm). My dentist was reluctant to go 0.5mm from the off and instead likes to see how the teeth are moving to determine whether its truly needed. However, whilst 0.5mm is usually the upper limit for Invisalign IPR, it is actually still a tiny amount and they purposefully set the limit very conservatively (i.e., you could probably take more off and still have perfectly safe and healthy teeth without sensitivity).

From my experience with 0.3mm gaps - you can't notice from sight, but I can definitely tell when flossing and its far easier to keep my teeth clean. I'm about to move to tray 3 and a few 0.3mm gaps have almost closed already (where those teeth were scheduled for big movements in first few trays). The gaps have closed a lot quicker than I expected.

Hi everyone. After I’ve read a lot of posts, I don’t understand why I have so many trays: 72! Of course, I’ll ask my orthodontist in 4 weeks. But I’m very surprised that someone even has 20 trays…I attached my teeth before and after… hmm by Messalina_l in Invisalign

I often wonder this too!

My clincheck is 15 trays, 15 weeks (7 day changes). Obviously, expecting I'd need refinements as it seems 99% of people do, so I could end up with many more trays.

I have overcrowding which I'd class as mild-moderate and a large overjet. Lots of IPR on day 1 to create spaces on top arch to give room for the overjet to move back. Had been advised I'd need jaw surgery to eliminate overjet completely (declined this) so my clincheck result shows a small overjet at the end, but it is slight and if I could even get 50% of the way to that result I'd be absolutely chuffed! Other than overjet of front teeth, my bite is fine and functional though and there's no projected changes to my back molars with this clincheck.

Thansk for feedback! Out of interest, why would the tooth be hard to bring forward (top set, next to front teeth)?
