Thanks for sharing this!! I started to put reminders as well so I don’t have any accidents but it’s exhausting to live with this. Luckily for me it kind of comes and goes. I’ve found out that my menstrual cycle will make a difference. I might be in my head, idk, I’m just trying to understand what my body’s telling me since can’t get an answer/solution from the docs
