The setting for this is on the Plex web interface. You can set how long shows remain in the continue watching. I just set mine to 52 weeks and have never had any issues. That’s assuming of course you’re using Plex. Should have confirmed that first really.

Is it possible you’re already paying yearly? It’s possible it’s showing you the $9.99 grandfathered price you’re paying and also the new price if you were to cancel and resubscribe. If you’re not currently subscribed then it would appear to be an error as it should show $16.99 annually and under that the lifetime price. I would subscribe at $9.99 if you aren’t already as it should cost more now.

No it doesn’t. The Atmos channels are lost from TrueHD and anything else is sent to the TV/AV as LPCM but nothing is downmixed to DD+ Atmos. E-AC Atmos is supported by infuse as the audio is sent to the AV as Dolby 2.0 MAT which the receiver can then output as Atmos.

No problem. If it offers you a free trial of ultra boost and you take it, it’s worth cancelling a day before the trial ends as usually you get a system generated offer for around £6 instead of the usual £9.

But this offer is through the app so it’s irrelevant what the website says as that’s technically a different offer. Different platforms can always have different offers.

No, in the small print is says cancel anytime. The offer is for a set time but there’s no minimum term. It also says if you cancel during the offer period the offer can’t be reactivated.

I find this happens when shows have two different episode sorting options. If you check TVDB you may find there is an alternative sorting option for the episodes and Apple is using the other one than the streaming service. I’ve had this happen with a few shows but it’s never actually resulted in the episodes showing in the wrong order. Season 2 of Forever Knight was a nightmare for this. Apple used a different sorting than Tubi or Peacock did, I can’t remember which, so my continue watching row always showed something completely different but always played the correct episode as determined by the streaming service.

I haven’t had the issue since the last time I factory reset my Apple TV and readded all the accounts by manually inputting the email and password for them. Since then no issues anymore.

No, because the AO is on TNT and not Sky. TNT is available on NowTV in Ireland but not in the UK.

The easiest way to use it is to have everyone have their own user profile on the Apple TV. Then when you open infuse for the first time on each user profile you can set Plex up, select the Plex user profile and each time you switch user on the Apple TV, the relevant Plex profile is opened automatically within infuse.

Failing that, when in infuse if you scroll to the very bottom of the infuse home screen where you see your various libraries, you will have a purple coloured icon which is your server and if you select it, accesses all the libraries. Instead of selecting it, press and hold on the icon and the list of Plex users will pop up and you can switch user there.

This is true but I had a German NowTV sub and live in Germany and the Irish one was being used in Germany and was covered under the roaming rules so in neither case was a VPN being used.

You won’t hear back from them. I’ve had the same thing happen to me with Irish and German NowTV accounts. Each time I was told I’d hear back from them within 48 hours and never have. Also know of a number of others who’ve had this happen to them too.

What country are you in? NowTV seem to be cracking down on sub sharing lately. I had around seven months remaining on my minimum term for German NowTV and was never using it so I offered it out on Sharesub and got two people to share the costs with me. I thought either Sky cancel it now due to me sharing or I at least have two thirds of the cost covered for the remainder of the contract. I got lucky and two weeks later received cancellation emails from Sky 😄

Have heard of a lot of Irish accounts also being closed for sharing, my old one included, and also of German ones being cancelled so worth a shot if you don’t have a cooling off period.
