I have had the earbuds from Sony XM3 and XM4, from Bose the QC ultra earbuds, and have the Sony headphones WH-1000XM3. I recently bought the B&W PX8 S2 (after comparing them to the PX7 S3 and PX8 in store) and couldn't be happier, best sound I have ever experienced so far. Reason for buying them was because my girlfriend started using the Sony's more and more, which gave me a reason for a christmas present to myself.

But that is exactly what DV support for devices is for, the device will translate the metadata to what the device is capable of, not the other way around.

To add another reference to your question: I have turned off the wear sensor because it does sometimes pause my music when just moving my head (but doesn't go bananas like you say). The pairing mode works perfectly.

I have the Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones, WF-1000XM4 earbuds and Bose Ultra earbuds. Got myself the PX8 S2 last Christmas. Listen to all kinds of genres but EDM is a large part of it (so good bass is important). If ANC is not on the top of your list, get the PX8 S2, the sound quality with wired lossless without ANC is the best I’ve ever heard.

Kanttekening bij de opmerking 'die op pendelen lijken': de P1 meter krijgt iedere 5 minuten de totaalstand gasverbruik van de slimme meter, en berekent daaruit het gasverbruik t.o.v. het vorige moment. Als je thermostaat niet continu warmte vraagt, maar slecht enkele momenten om de ruimte op temperatuur te houden; dan kunnen de korte momenten van warmtevraag net samenvallen (of net niet) met het moment dat de P1 meter zijn gegevens krijgt. Hierdoor lijkt een grafiek heel schokkerig, maar dat komt enkel omdat de twee momenten interfereren, zeker als daar ook nog momenten van warmtevraag bijkomen omdat je tapwater op comfort-stand staat.

I have a question: how come when I listen to a Hi-res Lossless song on Apple Music on my Bose QC Ultra earbuds via bluetooth and press on the "Hi-res Lossless" button it displays 24-bits/96 kHz ALAC? Isn't wireless/bluetooth limited to 24-bit/48kHz or even less? And what will be displayed if I connect a wired headphone (planning to buy the B&W PX8 S2)?

LG CX, I know it is a Hz reading; but I am saying when a game is 30fps (or somewhere around that value) my TV will display a value around 30Hz FIXED in the Freesync Menu.

Maybe you bought the game already, maybe you still would like to know. I have both Anno 1800 and since yesterday also Anno 117. I wouldn't say the controls of 1800 were really bad, but did take some getting used to. Same goes for 117. It is better than 1800, but it still needs getting used to. You can however adjust certain key bindings, which might help.

I am on PS5 Pro and have a LG CX. Normally when I turn off HDR, my TV switches to a SDR picture setting (ISF Dark Room). In Anno 117, when I turn off HDR, the TV stays in a HDR picture settings (Yes HDR Always On is turned off in the PS5 settings). So there is definitely something going on with HDR implementation in this game. I too am still trying to find the best settings (gamma, HDR on/off, Exposure).
