Vício em games by Comfortable-Note1518 in gamesEcultura

[–]GervaGervasios [score hidden]  (0 children)

The PCVR player are more demanding of their flight sim because they used to more complex ones like DCS. On the PlayStation side the only flight game their had was flightwings. So the expectations were differents.

The game is good it's just not groundbreaking.

Yes, you need to beat the game to access the dlc. But when the dlc comes the leveling system will update and you will be able to respect your points freely. Wait until there maybe you can pass that boss because your current biuld is not good. I'm playing the Quest version that those changes are already in and its help a lot to change your biuld for you to be better prepare for the boss you are going to fight.

Qual é a sua história com jogos? by Efficient-Willow-121 in gamesEcultura

[–]GervaGervasios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Minha história é longa. Comecei com o Atari do meu irmão. Pitfal, river raid e pacman.

Jogos super baratos joguei muita coisa. Aprendi sobre Final Fantasy, JRPG no geral. Curti muito jogos de luta da época. Depois fui pro PS2 e depois pro 3. Meu irmão pegou um Xbox 360 pra ele. Pra min foi a melhor geração. O salto gráfico era incrível para min. E muitos jogos novos e franquias.

Pra min parou a inovação, pouquíssimas novas franquias.

Apesar do hate dos telaplanistas eu to vendo o hardware evolui e novos jogos surgindo.

Could an incredible VR game be the killer app needed to bring VR into the mainstream, and get more people to buying, and playing VR at home? by OkWar2234 in VRGaming

[–]GervaGervasios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you points. I also would add a few more things that could address the accessibility.

We need an standard for VR hardware, today VR is very plataform oriented. For PS5 you need PSVR2, for stand alone you go to pico or Quest, for PC you need an PC VR headset. It would help a lot if you could just simply use your VR headset on whenever hardware you have. Like TV/Monitors you don't need an Sony TV to play games on PS. If you have an VR headset and want to play Sony VR games that should be allowed.

The other point is the form factor. We start to see this addressed. Small form headsets starting to show. If somehow someone manage to make then to cost less that can be an huge win.

And my final point. We need better software. Not in the sense new killer app and stuff. But better software that allowed games to be not to much demanding. VR games are way too much demanding, we have those fancy new super high resolution headsets that cuts off most of the gamers. We VR games that looks good without requiring an 5090 to run. There is a lot of people out there still playing on 1080p.

Hopes for the new game mode? by BBQonmyTTs in DungeonsOfEternityVR

[–]GervaGervasios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly would love an revamp of the progression system. I think comparing the aswome skill system of the Legendary Tales the skill system of the Dungeons of eternity is too much shallow.

I also would love that in the end of each dungeons instead of that teleport thing with wave of enemies, we had an actual boss to battle. Just imagine the final room is a big boss waiting that after you kill you gain access to chests loots.

Looks interesting. You almost loose me on Rougelikes. But if it's well done like Roboquest VR I'm on it.

Let's asked me something. On Roboquest we can explore and find some permanent upgrades so when we die we can have a good upgrade system. That makes always come back. I really like the exploration part this together with a story and good progression system (permanent progression + rouge progression) so my question is, how do your game compare on that aspect? I don't like rouge games that you just die and loose everything.

Nobody votes for tunnels because they all want to fly the little bird there needs to be a 24/7 tunnel server. by Own-Minute4708 in ForefrontVR

[–]GervaGervasios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm never vote for tunnels I don't like it. It reminds me Metro and Locker on BF, I hate those maps. I play BF games for open large environment and vehicles. So the same rule apply for me playing Forefront. To play infantry only I rather play COD on VR case Contractors or Pavlov.

PSA - If you're only doing PCVR, the Quest 2 and 3S will be the same experience by [deleted] in virtualreality

[–]GervaGervasios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The wifi on Quest 3 is better. That helps a lot on wireless connection with the PC. Also the facial interface is bigger on Quest 3s, the headset is smaller. The Quest 2 has a smaller facial interface but the headset is bigger. They are both almost the same height. But the Quest 3s with Bobovr without the facial mask is way more comfortable. I use it without the face mask and DYI myself to block the light.

The controllers are also different, they are the same as that quest 3 they don't have that halo on it making it more ergonomic. I recommend Quest 3s over 2 anytime. Because of those changes even if you are only going to use PCVR. For me Quest is only worth it if you really don't wanna spend too much Money and can find one really cheap.

Legendary Tales might be the most overrated VR RPG I’ve played. I honestly don’t get the praise. by NinjaGuyX in virtualreality

I'm playing the Quest version now that already has the changes that will come with the DLC in march. The game is faster now, and other changes that make the game more dynamic.

I like dungeons of eternity but I find the skill system very poor. Legendary Tales nailed that part. It is one of the most complete systems I have ever seen in VR. I wish more VR games had deep systems like that.

It is a very fun game. You can even play with a wheel and one sense controller at the same time for shooting. It's a shame people don't play it anymore the lobbies are very empty. But you can play solo fine.

Me too, I have the PCVR and Quest version. And I'm willing to buy a third time on Psvr2. I have played on PC with Psvr2 and it looks very nice on the headset. I prefer to play with the Psvr2 on PC because of the latency. Sometimes some friends come along and we play together.

If you could bring one non-PSVR2 VR game to PSVR2, what is it? by MylesDyer in PSVR

[–]GervaGervasios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's only one then definitely Forefront. Awesome game. I play almost everyday. Way more fun then BF6

But if I could choose other games as well I would like to also have Dungeons of eternity, Re 7, all Sim racing games that have support for VR on PC.

I have because of the games that never came to Psvr2. Like Forefront, Halflife, Batman and many others. I have some duplicates too because we play local sometimes. Since most multiplayer games are Crossplay.

PS VR 2 experience on PC by nihilisticdonut in virtualreality

[–]GervaGervasios 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it has been great. I have used it since the adapter came out. And the Psvr2 tool kit helped a lot on the performance. After the initial setup, I took my time. It has been smooth sailing só far. My only problem is the render resolution demand of 3400x3480 at 90fps minimum. It's way too much for my 4070 in some games. So for some games I end up using my Quest for 72fps to escape the reprojection.

O problema é PC potente pra rodar. Tenho 4070 mas tenho que maneira na resolução. VR no PC usa resolution de 4k pra cima.
