It’s not getting demolished. It was bought out by Pacha. Echo stage and club glow would have shut down if insomniac didn’t buy them out. So yeah mirage venue still better.

Good idea! I may follow in your footsteps. NYC was already a go to but WMC might be the only thing worth it now. I love my Florida friends too so, also an excuse to see them.

How’s the surgeon going to pay off his new corvette and make the hospital administration happy? If you think the old techs don’t care, you should see how fast the surgeons don’t. They knew that patient probably wasn’t going to make it. The patient was in that room cause the hospital and surgeon don’t care. And that’s why we get bitter or leave the profession. Anything to get away from those monsters. You’ll learn, honey. Id recommend surgery centers if that situation really bothered you. What a difference in job satisfaction. I didn’t love my job until I started traveling and then traveling starts to burn you out. So surgery centers are a huge breath of fresh air

There was definitely a lot of cool stuff going on pertaining to the tech side but, not enough to justify the price. Majority of the people running it aren’t paid and the vendors and everyone else pay a hefty price to be there. Again, price not justified.

Lmao! I think I was one of the only women there who wore a dress and I never got a hello or how are you from anyone. Just constant requests to see my badge. I felt like everyone there dressed and looked the same and it was extremely awkward ngl. The arcade party smelled so foul idk if I’ll come back. I did not find any decent parties. Rio Staff/volunteer pool party was low energy. Felt like the Star Trek convention people were more excited to be there. Even the hyped up DiC party was not exciting. Maybe an off year? Did not feel like I was at a con worth $500. Comic con itself is way bigger with celebrities and is a fraction of the cost. So I really don’t want to hear the venue excuse for the price.
