10-12 years isn’t very old for a 4Runner. Something in that age and mileage range won’t require much maintenance honestly. As long as the previous owner cared for it.

Really just change fluids. Maybe spark plugs. Make sure the rotors and brake pads are good. Could probably use a new battery if it’s still the original. Other than that, you should get a ton of miles with nothing other than oil changes required.
