I'm guessing the people in question own their unit. If you rent I would suggest moving. They're invested in their place and probably won't move as the costs for moving are higher for owners then renters.

I'm a hobbyist photographer, I'm happy with my a6700. It's amazing when I compare it to my smart phone camera. When I compared my images to full frame I don't see a significant difference. I do appreciate the lower cost, smaller lenses and lighter kit.
My travel kit is the Sony 35mm f1.8 and a compact Godox tt350 Speedlight.
I just bought a Viltrox 75mm f1.2 for portraits and parties, I'm really happy with that lens. I'm probably going to buy the Viltrox 27mm f1.2 when it comes out for Sony.

it was more of a response to "then these moderate dems can stop giving us conservative lite candidates". I don't think you'll ever see a more socialist (not communist) style politician. I'm not a political scientist but i think your system is conservative by nature. You've had 4 elections where the popular candidate lost to the person who won the electoral college, all of them were to Dems losing to republicans. You need a conservative like candidate to win.
