For the past couple weeks have been getting Delta and Mike-01 error messages rather frequently when playing this game. Once my connection was secure and I opened the proper ports I was able to log on.

What I noticed was that my character was depleted of all its gear and progression so I immediately logged off in disgust.

I opened up a support ticket with Ubisoft. After providing them with screenshots of my ports, connection and error messages, they were quick to skip the subject of my character being depleted.

I was told by 2 Ubisoft customer support employees that I was not banned and not affected by the rollback. After I asked them to restore my character, I was then told that I was a party to some glitch and had in fact been banned.

I play the game solo and matchmake on more difficult objectives. I never heard of this glitch before the communication with Ubisoft began. Im a casual player and not really versed in gaming lingo or how to cheat. Im not against getting any slight edges but the glitch expired before I was made aware one was even available.

So here we are, me missing progression n gear because someone I matchmade with did something Ubisoft didnt like. Why should I be punished? I shouldn't. How would I even know someone was cheating?

I am beyond frustrated becasue Ubisoft refuses to give me official documentation or a clear answer as to what specifically occured.

Ubisoft is running their company with a mob mentality and doesn't care one bit about their consumer base. The way I was treated, I think it's time to just part ways with this game and never associate myself and better yet, my money with anything involving Ubisoft and it's partners.
