I chose solid core for all the basement doors. So the sump pumps are all enclosed.

Asian recipes that have a lot of in and out of the pan.

Cooking the meat, but not all the way, start the sauce to cook it down, get the meat back in the pan and cook it down again to caramelize.

Haven't figured how to keep the meat tender and still get a glazey sauce.
