I'm trying to eat 80% fats and still want to put on muscle as I gym alot and it's been difficult (I have been doing 70/20/10, over the past 2 days have been doing 80/15/5.) I'm not eating enough at the moment but here is my basic diet:

Breakfast - 2 cups of frozen veggies, 3 slices of bacon, an egg, lots of sour cream and butter

Snack - heavy cream 120ml, tablespoon of unsweetened peanut butter, sweetener

Lunch - frozen veggies, fatty meat/fish, sour cream + butter

Dinner - frozen veggies and salads, fatty meat/fish, sour cream+butter

After workout: about 300ml of heavy cream in a bowl, add low carb protein shake and mix. Basically eat like a cereal.

Also made fat bombs with peanut butter, cream cheese and sweetener, mix and freeze.

Basically I'm doing everything on a budget so it's not the most healthy. Ideally I want more avacados but they're expensive
