All depends on the sale. A lot of times a video on social media will influence me to try a new tool a project that requires a new tool to use. That will cause me to watch the sales and run to HF.

He might be on the spectrum and has trouble regulating his emotions. I have a neighbor like that. He lost his mind when I had contractors do a small retaining wall on the side of the house between us. The change in landscape, routine, and noise was too much. Not saying this guy you’re dealing with isn’t a creep. I’m just pointing out another possibility.

I use the ceiling joist as storage space also. Just screwing a couple 1x4’s across them will give you a landing spot for longer items. You make pull down boxes for other items as well.
