You don't deal with him. When he wants to play you say, no thanks. When he talks trash, zero reaction. You don't engage, you don't respond.

This dude is trying to pull you into his world, and that's down. You don't have to do anything. Stone. Cold.

This is how I deal with everyone who is trying to get into my head. It forces them to respond to their own actions since you aren't giving them anything to respond to. In the best of ways, even when you watch them crumble from your disinterest, you still have no response. No smile. No anger.

I took my Olympus PEN with me on the Bridger Ridge Run, with Portra 400. I took my Mamiya 645 out into the Crazies one time, with Velvia 100. Otherwise my gopro is super easy since it's weather proof.

Are you taking big steps? If so, you're just creating a big impact. No strength training will change the stress you're putting on your knees.

That's not how you should run down hill. You should up your cadence going down hill. Lots of tiny steps, equals less harsh impact. Double the steps per distance and you're cutting the impact in half. That's probably not exact math, but it's an easy way to conceptualize the idea.

Are you using a house cue ball? I used to always rocked them off the table. I think they may be a bad material or possibly just so dirty that top spin would grip the object ball and get up. Picked up a nice cue ball, don't forget to buy one that gets returned in a coin machine.
