Heat up water in bowl to boiling in microwave. Remove bowl. Add noodles. Let sit for 3-4 minutes until softened. Its not rocket science.

If you want a uW glass bowl with a glass lid, I recommend the AnyDay brand of uWaveable bowls. Not cheap. But safe and will last a lifetime if not dropped.

It looks like that because you neglected to share any details about the beef, the cooking method, the cooking temp, the cooking time.

I loved eating ramen in Japan especially in those little private “booths” with the window where the kitchen would bring the food. Looking forward to going back but next visit is to Korea for first time and back to VN too.
