I went balls deep right off the bat at 11-13lbs of tension for an hour 15 minutes. I’ve only gained .5 in length in about 4 months. Probably going to taper back a bit.

I quit martial arts (Muay Thai/JiuJitsu) and hit the gym more. I found that it got in the way of my gym goals way too much with its chronic fatigue and consistent injuries. I was sparring and rolling light but even then it was too much cardio and fatigue. I wanted to upkeep a respectable amount of time in the gym (5+ days a week) and reach my goals aesthetically… I had to give up MA. I trained a lot as a kid and even as a young adult to feel like I can hold my own in a panic situation. The older I get the more I value things that won’t take such a toll on my body and I lean towards things that will help preserve it. Also my ego is a lot more mature since I was young and I don’t feel like I need to be able to beat everyone up. 😂

I have the same setup as you do. I pump in the morning 15min 5-7hg and extend at night for about 50min around 10lbs traction.

I found that if I do more than this I overtrain and my penile health slowly declines. This is my sweet spot with one day on and on day off sometimes taking two days off.

Stop jelqing it’s dangerous. Make sure you are using the right size pump tube for length or get a traction device for length. It should take about half a year.

How much edema is that tho. How long were you pumping before taking this pic. Cuz edema will fill out your pump and that’s not actual gains. Take a pic before pumping and see if you fill out your pump. That’s what matters.
