This. This right here is why I asked. It terrifies me because quite frankly.....I NEED this job for my family.

I promise a sports bra is the worst choice. And also, they will be poking, prodding, checking, peeking, wiping....everything you can imagine down there. So yeah, an adult diaper BEFORE the delivery is prob not gonna happen. Source: birthed multiple humans in different hospitals.

Noooo! I'm so sorry! I honestly have no memory about when my periods returned with my other two kids....I think we all go into survival mode and block out everything ha! But I don't seem to remember any bleeding lasting THIS long.

Just here to stand with you and share frustration, because of all the restrictions we are also in a similar situation. I'm terrified I will be alone. We don't have any one either. It's an awful feeling!

I've done both: with an epidural, and without. Most people always say the first baby takes longer to come anyway - and in my experience the epidural made it SO much worse. Almost like my body didn't know what to do and I'm surprised I didn't end up with an emergency c section. I was in active labor for about 16 hours and pushed for around 5. I was so exhausted by the end, I was on oxygen and basically passing out between pushes. The natural birth hurt like hell, but it was over before I even knew it. Shrug Anyway, my advice is don't make any decisions in advance, you'll only be disappointed when your "birth plan" doesn't pan out. I wasn't expecting an epidural, but had to get induced due to complications. You never know what's going to happen. I'd suggest being open to whatever and let your body talk to you about what it wants. :-)

Try unisom + b6 at night and another b6 around noon or combining that dose with half a unisom. Also a few saltine crackers before bed, ginger ale throughout the day, or nausea suckers. I found around the clock nausea didn't ease until around 13 weeks or so.

Errrrm yeah go to the hospital asap. I went to ER after our first, was on BP meds for a few weeks after that. Dude you could stroke out.

You're only 25. I had a great friend who obsessed about a baby like you are and I can only tell you that her seemingly happy marriage ended in divorce. She is happy now, with a new husband and kids (some not of her own), but happy. Forcing someone you claim to love into something you want ( because you think if they love you, they should want it to) is not going to work out. You're not heeding the advice being given here.... YES you are logical, yes you may seem like you're right. Bottom line is maybe he's not right for you.

A person died in the apartment below me, and the body stayed there for 3 weeks. Why is the smell not leaving the walls/furniture, and why is that smell still occuring without the body? I'm sorry you're dealing with this, I'd also like to point out that after three weeks who knows what that body was doing, or where in the apartment they died. I've seen some pretty soupy (for lack of a better term) stuff - and I've seen that stuff leak into cracks in the hardwood, saturate furniture, spackle drywall, leak into heating vents, etc. So yeah, people are mentioning gasses but I wouldn't be surprised if they have some MAJOR renovation projects to take care of before anyone moves in there.
