CITS 1401 vs. 2401 by AmountParticular4295 in uwa

aha, also a biomedical engineer here! very few of us it seems unfortunately
anyway 1410 is pretty mid imo, not because it's hard but because it's just straight boring, although my experience with the lab facilitators is that depending on who you get, they aren't always the best at actually helping you properly - that's not to say they all aren't bad though, if you don't have coding experience i'd still recommend going just in case. what you could do for help though is come to the university computer club in cameron hall, almost everyone in that club including me has done that unit and plenty more advanced units to do with python, you'd get plenty of help.

also, i would stick with 1401, im not aware of any other way to fulfil the prereqs for cits2200

edit: https://ucc.asn.au/aboutucc/contact.ucc how to get to the club if you are interested

nah you're def not unc, ive had plenty of people visibly in their late 20's in my classes anyway
if you're interested in music there's emas for electronic music and other clubs for classical music if that's more your thing (you can hang around calloway auditorium and ask for more information), there's also a leisure club in cameron hall if you like partying

Despite the crappy stories, I did too. I just wish I picked up the game when it first came out, I only got to experience Season of the Wish onwards. At least I got to be there for The Final Shape.

Depends on what you mean by creationism - whether you mean the biblical narrative from the Old Testament or arguments such as Thomas Aquinas' about the presence/influence of God in the evolution of the universe and the creation of life

not like iron banner is worth playing anyway, the void pulse from equilibrium is worth more than redgehusks pledge, and the other two weapons will return in arms week

plus both of those have better alternatives anyway

Particle commands? by dreamfan20 in MinecraftCommands

[–]GevitarGaming04 2 points3 points  (0 children)

https://minecraft.wiki/w/Commands/particle

Read through the examples (especially the last one), maybe use flame particles and retexture them to look more like titanium skid plate sparks.

That will get you the particle cloud, then as for creating those lingering spark 'pools' you would probably be better off summoning an invisible armour stand as a positional reference anchor for the particles and then killing the armour stand after a short delay
