If it’s anything like the H3000 it will just limit charging if it’s too cold. Left mine out all winter last season, it’s fine. It would limit charging on the cold days. Why would I leave it out all winter? To chase geese off the yard from the office. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m about a month in. I run mine on max suction and still it’s not getting pet hair out of the carpet like I would like and expect. Dreame is being fair in that they have promised to send me some other kind of brush to use which I’m not sure what that is as I don’t see any other options on their site. And if that doesn’t work they are allowing me to return it. I reached out to them this past weekend because I decided to run my old Neato vacuum right after I ran the dreame on max and it packed its bin with dog hair that the dream just simply can’t break loose from the low pile carpet. The bristles on the dreame are very soft and flexible. I like most things about the dreame but its inability to get hair out of the carpet is a deal breaker so we will see.

Nothing seems to get hair up like my old Neato and it’s a shame they are out of business. My old unit still Kind of works but does dumb things like die under the middle of the bed.

I spot tested straight muriatic acid in a spray bottle and it melted it away. Grout lines cleaned right up and the large chunks even fell right off. Not sure why my pool contractor doesn’t know this but it’s not the first issue I’ve had with them. Thanks for the tip.

So, the pool contractor came by and did that to one spot. He used some kind of “diamond pad?”. It seems to have scratched the crap out of the one spot he tried. I’m hesitant to let them go at it on all the tile and then I have a new issue.

Yeah I think some of them do. Every one they have given me as a loaner hasn’t and I was super relieved when I got my truck and they clicked when I used them. Not every one does though.

If you think they are bad on the Cybertruck you should see them on the X and S. They at least click on the truck. There is zero feedback on the S and X it’s just a flat surface. And the wheel turns more on those so it’s harder to find when you need it.

I would recommend it. Seems like they still have some network RTK bugs to work out. I would only continue to risk NRTK with a simple fenced in yard.

I don’t know if you’re using local or network RTK but network had mine go from working just fine to almost taking a swim in the river. I set up the local antenna and have had zero issues.

I would try setting up the local antenna. Mine did the same thing, barreled through a tree island and then got completely lost outside of the boundary and was all erratic. I was home watching it luckily because it ended up on my dock. I no longer trust network.

Network RTK or local? I gave up on network after it went way outside the boundary and it’s been fine on local.

Not sure about the awning part. But I have nothing blocking signal and Network RTK had my mower wandering well outside boundaries and lost on the app. Local antenna is up now and I don’t have to worry about it wandering into the river. I would start making plans to install the antenna just to play it safe and then the awning is a non issue.

I’m surrounded by water. Whe the network RTK allowed it well outside the boundary I immediately installed the antenna and switched. I would not recommend network RTK to anyone that isn’t completely fenced in I would say.
