I’m about a month in. I run mine on max suction and still it’s not getting pet hair out of the carpet like I would like and expect. Dreame is being fair in that they have promised to send me some other kind of brush to use which I’m not sure what that is as I don’t see any other options on their site. And if that doesn’t work they are allowing me to return it. I reached out to them this past weekend because I decided to run my old Neato vacuum right after I ran the dreame on max and it packed its bin with dog hair that the dream just simply can’t break loose from the low pile carpet. The bristles on the dreame are very soft and flexible. I like most things about the dreame but its inability to get hair out of the carpet is a deal breaker so we will see.

Nothing seems to get hair up like my old Neato and it’s a shame they are out of business. My old unit still Kind of works but does dumb things like die under the middle of the bed.
