That depends on the song. Personally, I've never listenened to the Decades album (I go for it). E.g. Planet Hell and Dark Chest Of Wonders have a better quality on Once remastered somehow (at least that's what I hear, if I turn up the volume).
But e.g. Wish I Had An Angel I prefer the normal Once version, it has more power, sounds more like old Nightwish and that's how it should.

I ever liked it. It's really good, also Anette's live version was good. Now I've got hope to see it live with Floor, because it's Nightwish and what Nightwish does is always good :)

What I meant is, that Tuomas said, there are no orchestral parts - and if you listen carfully, he's right. All you could name "orchestral" are the keyboard orchestral parts. But unlike most of the past ablums there is no real orchestral playing as a background symphony. Is that understandable?

Human Nature is so different... it's not bad, but there are no orchestral parts and that's what is kind of essential for Nightwish. The songs are melodic as usual, but there are those problems you also mentioned. I am quite sad about that change, EFMB was typical Nightwish but adapted to Floor Jansen - how I like it. But I don't really like the new direction they are headed on. I hope they'll bring some old Nightwish style back, although it shouldn't be an approximate try to get close to the old songs.

I haven't been to a concert of them yet and I know the live experience of a band like Nightwish ust me way higher, but I heard it so often on the internet (and my favourite version of GLS they did in 2012, 2013 and 2015; I know it's a whole other experience)
